Traffic Switch along State Route 13 in the City of Berkeley

Alameda County – Wednesday, July 15 through Thursday, July 30 from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm, Caltrans contractors will shift traffic from northbound State Route 13 to southbound State Route 13 between Hiller Drive and Vicente Road in the city of Berkeley in order to install a retaining wall. There will be one lane traveling northbound and southbound during the closure.

Motorists are advised to expect delays and encouraged to take alternate routes if necessary and also that traffic fines are doubled in construction zones. CMS signs will be posted during the hours of construction.
