NAPA COUNTY – Caltrans and its local stakeholders have started construction of the State Route 29 (SR-29) Channelization Project in and near St. Helena in Napa County.

There will be limited project-related utility work starting Sunday, September 27 until Friday, October 2.

AT&T will perform work within the project limits to remove remaining utility poles and abandoned underground cabling. This work was originally intended for the week starting September 13, 2015 but has been moved to the week of September 27.

Daytime Work-Starting Sunday, September 27
AT&T will remove remaining utility poles and abandoned underground cabling from Zinfandel Avenue to charter Oak Avenue. Work will be primarily in the southbound shoulder. Hours of work are 8:00 AM until 3:00 PM.

Site maintenance work will be performed daily by Caltrans contractors from 7:00 AM until 3:30 PM between Mee Lane to Stice Lane. Work includes storm water pollution prevention and site management. Work will not require any traffic lane closures.
