Weekend Overnight Westbound I-80 Onramp Closure
Starts Friday, September 25

SOLANO COUNTY – The California Department of Transportation (Caltrans), and its project partner the Solano Transportation Authority (STA) are continuing work on the Interstate 80/Interstate 680/State Route12 Interchange Project (I-80/I-680/SR-12).

As part of the project, the westbound I-80 onramp from Green Valley Road will be closed during three consecutive nights starting Friday, September 25 at 11:00 PM
while crews install water lines. To ensure worker and public safety, the westbound I-80 onramp from Green Valley Road will be closed at the following times:

Westbound I-80 from Green Valley Road Onramp Closed:
• Friday, September 25 at 11:00 PM until Saturday, September 26 at 7:00 AM
• Saturday, September 26 at 10:00 PM until Sunday, September 27 at 6:00 AM
• Sunday, September 27 at 9:00 PM until Monday, September 28 at 4:00 AM

Southbound Green Valley Road Detours
Motorists will be detoured onto southbound Green Valley Road across the I-80 overcrossing, then continue on southbound Lopes Road, then westbound on Red Top Road, then continue under I-80, and enter westbound I-80 from Red Top Road.

Northbound Green Valley Road Detours
Motorists will be detoured onto northbound Auto Plaza Court, then southbound Lopes Road, then westbound Red Top Road, then enter westbound I-80 from Red Top Road.

Detour signs will be posted. CHP will also help direct motorists. All work is weather permitting. Please #BeWorkZoneAlert.
