Moraga Avenue Storm Damage Repair Project Starts,
On-ramp Closures Planned in December

ALAMEDA COUNTY, December 3, 2015 – Caltrans will begin work on Monday December 7 for the first phase of the Moraga Avenue Storm Damage Repair Project. The project will require tree removal for construction of the storm damage repair project adjacent to the Moraga Avenue on-ramp to State Route 13 (SR-13) northbound. The site is bordered on the east by Fernwood Drive.

Daytime closures for the Moraga Avenue on-ramp will be required for safe placement of construction equipment. Caltrans anticipates the on-ramp to SR-13 NB at Moraga Avenue will be closed on:

• Monday December 7 through Friday December 11 from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM daily.
• Monday December 14 through Friday December 18 from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM daily.
• Monday December 21 through Wednesday December 23 from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM daily.
