Crews will continue removing the temporary wooden false work on the new Green Valley Road overcrossing above I-80 and I-680. The work will occur during five consecutive nights Monday, November 16 until the morning on Saturday, November 21.
Eastbound I-80 at Green Valley Road-Full Overnight Highway Closure

Eastbound I-80 Detours
Motorists traveling on eastbound I-80 at Green Valley Road will be detoured onto southbound I-680, exit Gold Hill Road, enter northbound I-680 from Gold Hill, and enter eastbound I-80 from northbound I-680. I-80/I-680/Highway-12 Project Improvements:
A new Green Valley Road overcrossing is being constructed just east of the existing overcrossing. It will have twice the number of lanes (4) as the existing overcrossing (2), along with a new on ramp to westbound I-80/SR-12. The connector ramp from westbound I-80 to westbound SR-12 also will be widened from one to two lanes.
