Signal Installation Project in Half Moon Bay on Route 1
San Mateo County- The
California Department of Transportation (Caltrans) will close Route 1 between
Filbert Street and Grove Street in the City of Half Moon Bay to install traffic
signals, lighting and pedestrian push buttons.
Construction hours are between 9:00pm to 7:00am tonight,
October 3, 2013 and will continue next week on October 10, 2013 with the same
hours. If work is not completed on October 10, expected completion date is
October 15, 2013. (weather permitting)
Orange cones will be placed to help guide motorist through the
construction zone.
One lane of traffic will remain open at all times.
Motorists are advised to expect minor delays. Please be alert
for workers and “Slow for the Cone Zone.”
