State Route 84-Real McCoy II Ferry
Two-Day Closure
Starts Monday, April 17 at 6:45 AM
Hydraulic Repairs and Preventive Maintenance
SOLANO COUNTY– The California Department of Transportation (Caltrans) will temporarily suspend service of the Real McCoy Ferry
on State Route 84 (SR-84).
The Real McCoy Ferry will be closed starting Monday, April 17 at 6:45 AM until 6:00 PM on Tuesday, April 18.
Crews will make necessary repairs to the boat’s hydraulic system and also complete other preventive maintenance work.
During the closure of the Real McCoy, motorists are advised to use either the J-Mack Ferry on State Route 220 (SR-220) or the Miner’s Slough Bridge on SR-84 as a detour when traveling between Ryer Island and Sacramento and Solano Counties.
