Highway 128-Hopper Slough Bridge Repair

Full Bridge Closure

Scheduled to Start Monday, May 5th

NAPA COUNTY– The California Department of Transportation (Caltrans) will perform repairs to the support wall on the Highway 128-Hopper Slough Bridge in Napa County. The bridge is located on Highway 128 (also known as Rutherford Road) between Yountville and Calistoga.

To ensure public and worker safety, a full bridge closure is scheduled to go into effect starting Monday, May 5^th at 12:01 a.m. until Friday, May 16th. Caltrans will notify the public once additional closure details are available and also when details about the bridge’s reopening are available.

During the bridge closure, motorists heading onto the Highway 128-Hopper Slough Bridge will need to use detours on nearby Highway 29, the Silverado Trail, and Zinfandel Lane.
