U.S. 101 Old Redwood Highway Interchange

Closures Tonight for Demolition, 11 p.m. to 6 a.m.
Petaluma, Sonoma County –Caltrans has scheduled
lane closures for the Old Redwood Highway Interchange Improvement project in
Petaluma.
Bridge Demolition, Friday Night / Saturday
Morning, April 18 - 19
Caltrans will be working in the median of the freeway tonight to
complete demolition of the Old Redwood Highway bridge. Motorists travelling
northbound or southbound on U.S. 101 should expect additional travel time to
reach their destination.
- Two northbound lanes and two
southbound lanes will be closed from 11 p.m. to 6 a.m. One lane will remain open in each
direction.
- Demolition is a noisy activity,
and residents and businesses may hear additional noise during this
activity.
If
this work is delayed due to weather conditions, it will be rescheduled for a
later time. Please drive cautiously through the construction zone and leave a
safe traveling distance between your vehicle and the vehicle ahead of you. Please remember to Slow for the Cone Zone.
The California Highway Patrol will be on site during these closures.
