Highway 128-Putah Creek Bridge Deck Repair

                                                   Possible Travel Delays

SOLANO COUNTY – The California Department of Transportation (Caltrans) has started a deck repair project on the Highway 128 Putah Creek Bridge. The bridge is located in Solano County near the city of Winters.

To ensure worker and public safety, alternating lane closures will continue to be in effect on the Highway 128 Putah Creek Bridge until approximately the end of October.

Alternating lane closures are in effect Mondays through Fridays starting at 7 a.m. and conclude at 4 p.m. each day. During these times, one lane of traffic will remain open at all times with flaggers alternating eastbound and westbound traffic.
All work is weather permitting.

Motorists should allow for extra travel time. The California Highway Patrol (CHP) will help direct motorists. Caltrans will also install changeable message signs
