Real McCoy II Ferry Closed For Emergency Electrical Repairs
Estimated Time to Return to Service 4:30 PM
Solano County – The California Department of Transportation (Caltrans) has suspended service of
the Real McCoy II Ferry to perform emergency electrical repair. The Real McCoy
II was taken out of service at approximately 12:30 p.m. on Friday, July 12th.
The
estimated time to return the Real McCoy II Ferry to regular service is 4:30
p.m.
The
Real McCoy II also known as the Cache Slough Ferry, provides regular service on
State Route 84 between Ryer Island and the city of Rio Vista in Solano County.
Real McCoy II Ferry Detour
During
this service interruption, motorists are advised to use Highway 160 and the
J-Mack Ferry along Highway 220.
