U.S. 101 Lane and Ramp Closures
at the East Washington Street
Overcrossing in Petaluma
Petaluma, Sonoma County –This week Caltrans has scheduled lane and ramp closures on
northbound U.S. 101 from just south of the East Washington Street Overcrossing
to the Lynch Creek Bridge, to install a cross-freeway drainage culvert. Caltrans
will close one lane Tuesday night, March 26, through Thursday night, March 28, from
11 p.m. to 6 a.m. In addition, the
northbound U.S. 101 off-ramp to East Washington Street will also be closed from
10 p.m. to 5 a.m. At least one northbound
lane on U.S. 101 will remain open to public traffic at all times.
This work is weather dependent. If it is delayed due to weather conditions, work
will continue on Friday night, March 29, from 11:59 p.m. to 7 a.m., with the
northbound U.S. 101 off-ramp closed from 10 p.m. to 6 a.m. Please drive cautiously through the
construction zone and leave a safe traveling distance between your vehicle and
the vehicle ahead of you. Please
remember to “Slow for the Cone Zone.”
