Lane and Ramp Closures Scheduled for this Week

Petaluma, Sonoma County – Caltrans has scheduled nightly lane closures on northbound and southbound U.S. 101 from just north of the Sonoma County line to the Kenilworth Pedestrian Overcrossing in Petaluma. At least one lane in each direction will remain open at all times. One southbound lane will be closed Monday through Friday, from 10 p.m. to 4 a.m.  One northbound lane will be closed Monday through Friday, from 11 p.m. to 6 a.m.

Caltrans has scheduled the following ramp closures:

  • The northbound U.S. 101 off-ramp to State Route 116 will be closed Wednesday night, August 14, from 10 p.m. to 5 a.m.
  • The northbound SR 116 on-ramp to U.S. 101 will be closed Wednesday night, August 14, through Friday night, August 16, from 10 p.m. to 5 a.m.
  • The northbound U.S. 101 off-ramp to Petaluma Boulevard South will be closed Thursday night, August 15, and Friday night, August 16, from 9 p.m. to 6 a.m. Note: although work has been scheduled for two consecutive off-ramps on Thursday night, work will be staged so that one ramp will remain open.  The northbound U.S. 101 off-ramp to SR 116 and the northbound U.S. 101 off-ramp to Petaluma Boulevard South will not be closed at the same time.
