U.S. 101 / State Route 116 Construction
in Petaluma
Lane and Ramp Closures Scheduled for
this Week
Petaluma, Sonoma County – Caltrans has scheduled nightly lane closures on
northbound and southbound U.S. 101 from just north of the Sonoma County line to
the Kenilworth Pedestrian Overcrossing in Petaluma. At least one lane in each
direction will remain open at all times. One southbound lane will be closed
Monday through Friday, from 10 p.m. to 4 a.m.
One northbound lane will be closed Monday through Friday, from 11 p.m.
to 6 a.m.
Caltrans has scheduled the following ramp
closures:
- The
northbound U.S. 101 off-ramp to
State Route 116 will be closed Wednesday night, August 14, from 10
p.m. to 5 a.m.
- The
northbound SR 116 on-ramp to U.S.
101 will be closed Wednesday night, August 14, through Friday night,
August 16, from 10 p.m. to 5 a.m.
- The
northbound U.S. 101 off-ramp to
Petaluma Boulevard South will be closed Thursday night, August 15, and
Friday night, August 16, from 9 p.m. to 6 a.m. Note: although work has been scheduled for two consecutive
off-ramps on Thursday night, work will be staged so that one ramp will
remain open. The northbound U.S.
101 off-ramp to SR 116 and the northbound U.S. 101 off-ramp to Petaluma
Boulevard South will not be closed at the same time.
