U.S. Route 1 San Pedro Creek Bridge
Replacement Project Public Information Meeting
San Mateo County- The City of Pacifica will hold an
Information Public Meeting to present the proposed Route 1, San Pedro Creek
Bridge Replacement and Creek Widening project. The purpose of the project is to
replace the current bridge over San Pedro Creek along Highway 1 at the same
alignment, provide for a Class 1multi-purpose path along its eastern side and
widen San Pedro Creek to provide 100-year storm event flow capacity.
This project
will complete the US Army Corps of Engineers Flood Control Project for lower
Linda Mar and Pedro Point.
There will be
a PowerPoint presentation. The public will be able to ask questions to the
staff about the project after the presentation. Map displays will be available for
viewing.
Caltrans
staff will also be in attendance.
