Nighttime Lane/Ramp Closures Scheduled for Maintenance
Interstate 80 (I-80) Carquinez Bridge

Crockett/Vallejo, Calif. – Caltrans is conducting grinding work for a project to resurface Interstate 80 (I-80) across the Carquinez Bridge between Contra Costa County and Solano County.

The following closures will impact I-80 eastbound across the Carquinez Bridge:

• I-80 EB will have lane reductions from Thursday April 14 at 8:00 PM until Friday April 15 at 5:00 AM.
• I-80 EB will have lane reductions from Friday April 15 at 8:00 PM until Saturday April 16 at 10:00 AM.
• I-80 EB will have lane reductions from Saturday April 16 at 8:00 PM until Sunday April 17 at 11:00 AM.
• The on ramp to I-80 eastbound at Pomona Street in Crockett will be closed intermittently for the same periods. Motorists will detour to Cummings Skyway.
