U.S. Route 101/Willow Interchange Open House/Map Display
San Mateo County-Caltrans will hold an open house for
the public to present alternative 1B for the 101 Willow Road Interchange
project in San Mateo County. Caltrans proposes to reconstruct the existing
interchange on its existing alignment to a partial cloverleaf through modification
of the on and off ramps. This project will also address operational
deficiencies for motorist, bicyclist, and pedestrians by eliminating traffic
weaves and providing adequate storage on freeway off ramps.
Map displays
will be available for viewing along with comment cards for the public to
provide input on the Draft Environmental Document and the project.
