Mandatory Emergency Response Drill

Postponed Until Further Notice
Due to Severe Weather Conditions


ALAMEDA and CONTRA COSTA COUNTIES – The California Department of Transportation (Caltrans) announces that the Mandatory Emergency Response Drill that was scheduled for Friday December 12 at the State Route 24 (SR-24) Caldecott Tunnels has been postponed until further notice due to severe weather conditions.

Caltrans will notify the public when the exercise will be rescheduled.

Remember to turn on your lights and slow down when driving in the rain. Watch out for CHP and Caltrans crews during severe weather conditions.
