Real McCoy II Ferry Overnight Closure on October 16th
For
Regular Preventive Maintenance
SOLANO COUNTY – The California Department of Transportation (Caltrans) will temporarily suspend service
of the Real McCoy II Ferry to perform regular preventive maintenance on Wednesday,
October 16th at 10 p.m. The Real McCoy II will be taken out of
service at 10 p.m. Wednesday, October 16th until Thursday, October 17th
at 4 a.m.
The
Real McCoy II also known as the Cache Slough Ferry, provides regular service on
State Route 84 between Ryer Island and the city of Rio Vista in Solano County.
Real McCoy II Ferry Detour
During
this service interruption, motorists are advised to use Highway 160 and the
J-Mack Ferry along Highway 220.
