Sidewalk Improvement Work Begins
Temporary Sidewalk Closures At Hunt Avenue
Starts Monday, June 25, 2018

NAPA COUNTY— The California Department of Transportation (Caltrans) is scheduled to begin
sidewalk work on State Route 29 (SR-29)/Main Street at Hunt Avenue in St. Helena on Monday, June 25.

The work will construct new sidewalk curb ramps at that intersection to meet current design standards under the American with Disabilities Act (ADA) and perform other sidewalk and crosswalk work related to this project.

The 4-day consecutive days of work start Monday, June 25 and will be completed by Thursday, June 28. Work is scheduled starting at 7:00 AM until 4:00 PM each day.

To ensure worker and public safety, the sidewalk and shoulders at SR-29/Main Street at Hunt Avenue will be temporarily closed.

State Route 84-Real McCoy Ferry
Overnight Closure
For Preventive Maintenance
Starts Thursday, June 21 at 10:00 PM

SOLANO COUNTY— The California Department of Transportation (Caltrans) has scheduled an overnight closure of the Real McCoy Ferry on State Route (SR-84) to perform regular preventive maintenance.

The closure is scheduled starting Thursday, June 21 at 10:00 PM and will be completed by Friday, June 22 at 4:00 AM.

During the overnight closure of the Real McCoy Ferry, motorists traveling overnight between Ryer Island and Solano and Sacramento Counties are advised to use either the J-Mack Ferry on State Route 220 (SR-220) or the Miner Slough Bridge on SR-84 as a detour.

SOLANO COUNTY – The California Department of Transportation (Caltrans) is scheduled to reopen all traffic lanes on the Manuel Campos Parkway Overcrossing above Interstate-80 (I-80) in Fairfield by 5:00 PM on Monday, June 18, 2018 as crews near completion of bridge work ahead of schedule.

Crews started repairs to the bridge structure on Tuesday, June 5 and were originally scheduled to complete work by Friday, June 22.

Caldecott Tunnel Bore #3 Closure on State Route 24 Westbound

Orinda/Oakland, Alameda/Contra Costa County - Caltrans will close the #3 bore of the
Caldecott Tunnel on State Route 24 westbound Thursday night June 14, 2018, from 9:30 PM
until Friday morning June 15, 2018, at 4:00 AM.

This tunnel closure will allow workers to work
safely as they conduct traffic operation systems and closed circuit television maintenance within
the #3 bore of the Caldecott Tunnel.

Traffic Controls Measures:
Advanced warning changeable message signs, directional signs and will be in place to assist
motorists traveling in the area.

Motorists are advised to expect delays and allow extra time for their commute. Please drive
with caution through the construction zone, leave a safe traveling distance between your vehicle
and the vehicle ahead of you, and Slow for the Cone Zone.

Overnight Lane Reductions
Starts Sunday, June 17 Until Saturday, June 23, 2018
Due to Pavement Repair Work

SOLANO COUNTY – The California Department of Transportation (Caltrans) has scheduled overnight traffic lane reductions on State Route 113 (SR-113) between Hastings Island Road to Brown Road and between Midway Road to Adams Street in rural Dixon, California to perform pavement repair work.

During the work, one of two traffic lanes in each direction of SR-113 may be closed overnight. One traffic lane in each direction will remain open.
The work is scheduled to start Sunday, June 17, 2018 and will be completed as early as Saturday, June 23.


Crews will work Sunday, June 17 starting at 6:00 PM until 6:00 AM the following morning.
Starting Monday, June 18 until Friday, June 22, crews will work each night Monday-Friday starting at 8:00 PM until 6:00 AM the following mornings.

Overnight Ramp Closure

SANTA CLARA COUNTY– The California Department of Transportation (Caltrans) has scheduled an overnight closure of Southbound (SB) SR-85 connector ramp to Westbound (WB) SR-237 as part of the continuing roadwork of SR-237.

Overnight Ramp Closure: Thursday, June 7, 8:00 PM to Friday, June 8, 7:00 AM

During this work, residents may notice increased temporary construction noise. Motorist may experience delays as crews work to widen WB shoulder SR-237. Ramp closures, and detours signs will be posted. California Highway Patrol will be onsite during closure. All work is weather permitting.

Temporary Traffic Lane Closures and Lane Shift
Bridge Repair Work
Starts Tuesday, June 5, 2018

SOLANO COUNTY – The California Department of Transportation (Caltrans) will begin approximately 2-3 weeks of bridge repair work on the Manuel Campos Parkway Overcrossing above Interstate-80 (I-80) in Fairfield starting Tuesday, June 5, 2018.

Crews will perform maintenance repairs to the bridge structure.
The work is scheduled to start Tuesday, June 5 at 8:00 AM and be completed as early as Friday, June 22 at 5:00 PM.

Temporary Lane Closures and Lane Shift-Bridge Remains Open
To ensure worker and public safety, northbound and southbound traffic lanes on the Manuel Campos Parkway Overcrossing, between North Texas Street and Hilborn Road, will be temporarily reduced to one lane in each direction.

Motorists may also encounter a slight traffic shift approaching the bridge on Manuel Campos Parkway. One lane in each direction on the overcrossing will remain open at all times.

To perform repairs underneath the bridge, various nightly lane closures on eastbound I-80 below the overcrossing will also be in effect during the work. I-80 will remain open.

Motorists should always drive with caution through construction zones and watch for temporary lane markings and signs.
