U.S. 101 Airport Blvd. Interchange
Project
Full Freeway and Ramp Closures
Scheduled for Bridge Demolition
SONOMA COUNTY – Caltrans has scheduled full freeway and ramp closures for
the U.S. 101 Airport Blvd. Interchange Project.
Bridge
Demolition
- On Saturday night, May 17, bridge demolition will continue
for the structure over southbound U.S. 101.
- Northbound U.S. 101 will be closed from 10 p.m. Saturday,
May 17 to 6 a.m. Sunday, May 18.
- Detour for northbound U.S. 101
closure: exit at
Fulton Road, continue to Old Redwood Highway and turn left. Continue to
Shiloh Road and turn left. Take the northbound U.S. 101 on-ramp.
- Southbound U.S. 101 will be closed from 10 p.m.
Saturday, May 17 to 7 a.m. Sunday, May 18
- Detour for southbound U.S. 101
closure: Exit on
Shiloh Road and turn left. Continue to Old Redwood Highway and turn
right. Turn right on Fulton Road and continue to the southbound U.S. 101
loop on-ramp.
- The
eastbound Airport Boulevard on-ramp to Southbound U.S. 101 will be closed
Saturday night from 7 p.m. to 10 a.m. Sunday morning.
- The
southbound off-ramp to Airport Boulevard will be closed from 10 p.m. to 9
a.m.
- The
westbound Airport on-ramp to northbound U.S. 101 will be closed from 10
p.m. to 8 a.m.
If
this work is delayed due to weather conditions, it will be rescheduled for a
later time. Please drive cautiously through the construction zone and leave a
safe traveling distance between your vehicle and the vehicle ahead of you. Please remember to Slow for the Cone Zone.
The California Highway Patrol will be on site during these lane and ramp
closures.
