Real McCoy II Ferry Closed For Necessary Repairs
                                    Closure Scheduled Overnight Thursday  
SOLANO COUNTY – The California Department of Transportation (Caltrans) will temporarily suspend service of the Real McCoy II Ferry late Thursday night until early Friday morning to perform necessary repairs to the boat’s landing apron. The Real McCoy II is scheduled to be closed Thursday, September 13th at 10 p.m. until 1a.m on Friday, September 14th.
The Real McCoy II, also known as the Cache Slough Ferry, provides regular service on State Route 84 between Ryer Island and the city of Rio Vista in Solano County.
The delta region ferry normally runs scheduled crossings every 20 minutes, on the hour, 20 minutes after the hour, and 40 minutes after the hour.

During Thursday’s overnight service interruption, motorists are advised to use Highway 160 and the J-Mack Ferry along Highway 220.
