Westbound Interstate 80-Dixon
Dixon Avenue Ramps Closed During Two Consecutive Nights
Starts Wednesday, July 25, 2018
Due to Pavement Repair Work

SOLANO COUNTY – The California Department of Transportation (Caltrans) has scheduled two-consecutive nights of closures of the Dixon Avenue on and offramps at westbound Interstate-80 (I-80) in the City of Dixon to perform pavement repair work.

The Dixon Avenue on and offramps at westbound I-80 will be closed each night on Wednesday, July 25 and Thursday, July 26 starting at 8:00 PM until 5:00 AM the following mornings.

Dixon Avenue Exit from westbound I-80 Detours
Motorists traveling to Dixon Avenue from westbound I-80 are advised to continue on westbound I-80 and exit at Midway Road, then enter eastbound I-80, then exit either Dixon Avenue from eastbound I-80. Detour signs will be posted.

Dixon Avenue Closed at Meridian Road Detours
During the work, Dixon Avenue will be closed to through traffic at Meridian Road.

Dixon Avenue at First Street Detours

Dixon Avenue will also be closed at the I-80 overcrossing coming from the City of Dixon to access westbound I-80. Motorist will be detoured onto eastbound I-80 from Dixon Avenue, then exit I-80 at Pitt School Road, then re-enter westbound I-80 from Pitt School Road.

Schroeder Road at Silveyville Road will be closed. Other nearby city and county roads may also be closed overnight.
