FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE

State Route 113-City of Dixon
Pavement Rehabilitation Project
Overnight Lane Closures
Starts Tuesday, August 1, 2017

SOLANO COUNTY— The California Department of Transportation (Caltrans) is scheduled to start construction of the State Route 113 (SR-113) Dixon Pavement Rehabilitation Project.

The project repairs potholes, repaves and rehabilitates northbound and southbound SR-113 between Vaughn Road and just south of H Street in the City of Dixon.

The work is scheduled to start Tuesday, August 1, 2017 and may be completed as early as September 2017.

Although no full highway closures are scheduled, motorists may experience delays as crews repave SR-113 with intermittent overnight lane closures. Work is weather permitting.

To ensure worker and public safety, one of the two northbound lanes and one of the two southbound lanes may be periodically closed overnight starting August 1.

One lane northbound and one lane southbound will remain open during construction.

General work hours will be Monday through Friday starting at 7:00 PM until 5:00 AM the following mornings.

Motorists should expect delays and allow for extra travel time.
