State Route 29-Channelization Project-Napa County
Updates Starting June 1, 2016

NAPA COUNTY – Caltrans and its local stakeholders are continuing construction of the State Route 29 (SR-29) Channelization Project in and near St. Helena in Napa County.
Below is the week-ahead project update for the weeks of June 1, June 6 and June 12.

WEEK STARTING JUNE 1-JUNE 5
No work. Complete work stoppage for Wine Auction Week (June 1 through June 5).

WEEK STARTING JUNE 6, 2016
• Storm drain installation between Inglewood Ave and Lewelling Lane in the southbound shoulder
• Roadway excavation between Dowdell Lane and Charter Oak Ave in the southbound shoulder

Daytime work is scheduled 7:00 AM until 5:00 PM, Monday-Friday. Southbound shoulder work between Inglewood Avenue and Lewelling Lane and between Dowdell Lane and Charter Oak Avenue. No lane closures scheduled. Access to driveways and businesses will be maintained.

• Night concrete median shift btwn Dowdell Ln & Charter Oak closes sb shoulder for widening

Night work is 7:00 PM until 6:00 AM, Monday-Wednesday. One-way traffic control will be used. Delays of up to 5 minutes anticipated.

WEEK STARTING JUNE 12, 2016
• Roadway excavation btwn Dowdell Lane and Charter Oak Avenue in the southbound shoulder
Work is 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday-Friday. Work between Dowdell and Charter Oak Avenue will occur behind concrete barriers. No lane closures are scheduled. Slower traffic is anticipated due to use heavy equipment in the work zone. Full access to driveways and businesses will be maintained. No night work scheduled
