Oakland, Calif. – Caltrans will begin construction work May 30th on the Storm Damage Repair Project on State Route 13 (SR-13) at Moraga Avenue, Alameda County. The project is located east of the on ramp shoulder of northbound SR-13 (NB SR-13). The purpose of the project is to repair the slope and prevent further slide damage to the hillside.
