Caltrans to Repair Underground Drainage Pipes on SR-87
Santa Clara County- The California Department of Transportation (Caltrans) will complete repairs to improve the drainage on the northbound SR-87 connector to I-280 in San Jose on Friday, May 6 from 11:00 p.m. to 5:00 a.m. The work will not require lane closures; however, portions of the right shoulder will be intermittently closed during low peak traffic hours. Caltrans will be installing new drainage pipes and replace sections of damaged guardrail. No lane closures or detours will be required during this maintenance project
